You think we are going to spend more time & money on another one of your games???

This is just insulting to us.... they think we will just blindly go along with whatever they want us to.

Galadon, ash and cheif pat...you guys lost our trust too... shame on you for trolling us and getting our hopes up! You knew exactly what you were doing, we weren't interested in a new game, we just want our old clash back....

I say KEEP playing clash,
But DON'T buy any more gems

I seriously don't get it. People are acting as if Clash Royale was made within 2 weeks after the update for Clash. It's been in development since 2011... There are different teams that develop each game. Boom, Hay Day, Clash of Clans and Clash Royale.

All different teams. Apparently the Clash team will be back around mid Jan. So those who are waiting for an announcement can wait till then. Personally I still don't even think the Clash update "failed". Sure it does need some tweaks, as do all big changes, but in my opinion it is fine.

in the middle of January ? Looks a bit long for Holidays, and by the way, dangerous .....

The latest clash of clans update is a cash-out update. with the reduced cost of barraks boosting and half the time of the boost along with having to make massive armies to farm it was clear that it was solely designed to boost gemming. Its now even more clear of their motive with their timely release of a game that will take over from clash of clans.

supercells a business and I get that, just a shame that the way app companies have to go about making money seems all a bit sneaky.

Doubt that... %70 of app revenues come thru iOS apps
its still top grossing daily... On iTunes, It's been bouncing in the last couple days between 1-3, but right back in first today, so, ya know, roughly the same as before update

I for one am certainly going to download the new game, and then promptly rate it one star in the App Store.
