My Coc account got ♥♥♥♥ed yestersay. I have sent a mail to supercell and I know they will help. My password got changed and a notification came "Account Access Required". At first I didn't understand. I opened Coc and it worked. Suddenly I realised my account has been messed up with and the password is changed but I was still able to access my account. I recovered my password but the same thing applies with the ♥♥♥♥er , he can use my account as much as he wants without the password just because my account is in his device. How should I stop this ? Please Help I'm lvl 104 and I don't want someone else enjoying with my Hard work. Help me ASAP. Thank You.

If you have ever bought gems your task at hand is a lot easier. Contact Supercell through your game (think it's in the settings tab) and they will ask you to verify you are the owner by answering some questions and provide a screenshot of the first gems you ever bought or something like that. I had my hotmail account ♥♥♥♥ed a few months ago and had to go through the same process. Don't worry though it will all be sorted...

I did recover my password but if the ♥♥♥♥er has my account in his device then he can use it without password. My account won't get removed from his device until he removes it or changes account. If he changed the account and tried to get back on my account the Google will ask for password but till the time his Coc opens my account at the start he can use my account.

I'm not sure how that works as my devices are iOS and linked to my game centre? Is there not something similar for your device? Also if you tell supercell which devices you use to access clash of clans they can stop unauthorised devices accessing it (they will ask you which devices you use to access the game). Only thing is, it will take a few days to sort it all out.

Keep the email as they may ask for a screenshot of it to prove what has gone on, you've done the right thing locking the account down with a new password. The more information you can give supercell the better your chances of getting it all sorted. You will be fine.
