So, I got attacked, not a big deal. If only... Oh wait a second! How come I have 8mil+ of gold and 3 mil+ of elix, but there's more elixir for the attacker to nick!

Not a big difference really, 10k or so, but yet, when there's a 5mil difference in storages, it shouldn't be even close, let alone more available! (mines and collectors were emptied not long before the attack occurred)

without hesitation I rushed to contact our wonderful in game support, since they've been really helpful (not), but anyway they need to do something for the gems or bread that SC make payments in. And of course attacked the very same screenshots I posted above.

as you (hopefully) can see I messaged on the 29th of December, the person started checking my attack defence log from the 30th of December. First of all it has no relevance to what happened, second, well it was after I got hit lol Or Supercell know exactly what I'm going to raid the following day and just take it away a day earlier?

a very heated answers by myself, didn't check all the facts my supporter gave earlier, and should have, because none of them were correct lol hence me attaching my defence and attack log.

Now they haven't heard of this issue before and they'll take action ASAP, yup, but by then I was completely out of it, I want an email adress of support, where there's anyone more or less talking/understanding English, not this....

So, seriously???? Supercell, you not only killed the game with update that only hard core no real life players interested in, you can't even balance it properly. Oh and yes, just for a snack, match up we got yesterday.

8M or 3M you offer the same, you probably had more elixir in your collectors or CC.

Are you working for SC in Game support by any chance??? Or you just unable to read??Since I'm not a th3 and surely know what was or wasnt in my cc, anyways screenshots are attached so you can open your eyes and see that there's nothing in my cc, also you can see that I said collectors and mines were emptied. But carry on brown nosing for SC lol

sad to know that a company that makes this kinda money cant afford some sort of real customer service. guess thats what you would expect if that company had some sort of fears they would not be in business long term.

Very nice, shame you can't spot that I said I emptied them not long before attack. And what did one hold 20k of elix by your logic then? You'd be able to see it then. Fan boys of SC are killing me even more than in game support, go get some more gems😂😂😂😂
