Mass Drag at TH7 - MADE FOR GATOR'S ACADEMY

Hello folks, FIREphaenix here and today I am brining a mass-drag at TH7 guide. Now, before we get right into this, I must tell you, that this army composition is sure to earn you 3 * (at TH7). NOTE: If you want to view the photos please click on them, something is wrong with my computer at the moment. Or maybe the forums. More likely my computer .

NOTE: THIS GUIDE IS MADE FOR THE TH7's OF GATOR"S ACADEMY. A TH6 GUDIE WILL BE OUT SOON, USING GiWiHEAL STRATEGY!

FIRST of all, assumptions made by me:
#1. You have maxed out all your army camps to max level at TH7 (so you can hold 200 troops – if you cannot, I will inform you on what leftover troops you should put in).
#2. Your Lightning Spell is Level 4/you have a level 3 Spell Factory.

    NOW, for the real bit.
Firstly, the army composition of course will be 10 dragons (see assumption #1). If you cannot hold 10 drags then see these plans I have drawed up:
160 space: (this is the MOST unlikely situation – you would have only upgraded to TH7, and not have upgraded ANY army camps or even bought the new one that can be purchased at TH7) obviously at 160 space you would hold 8 dragons, which is still a significant amount if I say so myself.
165 space: 8 dragons and a balloon. The balloon can lure out the CC troops, or go for the AD.
170 space: 8 dragons and 2 balloons/2 hogs (assuming you have hogs by now). Now, neither choice matters all too much, but hogs aren’t that strong at level 1 and with a minimal amount of them.
175 space: 8 dragons, and again dragons + balloons/hogs/(I don’t really like the idea of this) but giants also go for defense – however they will need to break walls if the AD is on the inside, and 3 giants trying to break even a level 6 wall, will be immediately pulverised by a wizard tower or mortar. Alternatively, if an idiot put his AD on the outside of the base you can also use 3 Wiz and 3 Archers. But again, the balloon/hog strategy works the best I reckon.
180 space: you know the drill – 9 drags
So on, and so on (loons and hogs all the way).
    Next up: Spells.
Ok, there are two different strategies now. The troops don’t matter as much as the spells. Heck, without spells you might win without spells, if the dragons are being co-operative and destroy the right thing and not been pulverised by an AD as it wastes its time on something such as an empty gold storage or such. Heh.
First method is as follows: 3 level 4 Lightning Spells. The maths says that 3 level 3 lightning spells should take out a level 5 AD, but the strikes may wander off somewhere, and hit something other than a the AD you are aiming for. [Math: Level 3 Lightning Spell causes 360 damage altogether but it has 6 separate strikes, and not every strike hits the target you want. A level 5 AD has 1000 hitpoints, and therefore will soak in the damage until it has about 20 hp left]. I remember remembering that Chief Pat (a great clash ‘tuber – you should watch him) recording a video on how a lightning spell works. I don’t have the exact spell, but if you searched it up on his channel you will probably find it. NOTE: This method is for bases that have their AD buried deep in there base, surrounded by other buildings and such.

The second approach is as follows: 2 Rage and 1 Heal (see my assumptions). This is more for a base that has it AD near the outside, and only covered by a single layer of wall and a few economic buildings. The rage will make your dragons quickly deposit of said economic buildings and get them right up to that AD. This works best if you deposit your dragons in two different sections.

This picture here shows the dragons and where they should go (red lines) – the dragons might be distracted by the huts first, but after that everything is A-Okay. The purple circles are where the rage spells go, to boost the dragons to the AD and the yellow is where the heal spell goes, once the dragons get to the middle you can heal them up a bit for the rest of the base. Now, this base is designed for the dragons to go around the outside, before approaching the centre. Let us assume this was not so, (I took this photo of the internet) and the dragons simply went for the AD. Another (2) examples:

    clash2.jpg
Something is going on and I can't upload my 4th picture. It says I can only upload 5 files per post, but at the moment I only have 4.

Anyway, The top photo is another rage/heal attack, the bottom will be lightning attack. I have inserted a ‘x 3’ next to the blue circle that represents the lightning spell symbolising dropping 3 lightning spells at the same time on top of that AD. Then the drags were dropped. A handy way to drop them at once is to use multiple fingers instead of one. As you can see the CC reinforcements flanked the defences and the Barb King was put down to take out the economic buildings (camps, mines etc.). You may notice that this is, indeed the old version of Clash (at least the bottom two photos are) and the air sweeper is not in play. Now I assure you, for the dragons the air sweeper will be a minor itch and they will tank through in the end. So don’t worry!

Last of all: CC reinforcements. The first thing any TH6 should do after they finish their TH6 upgrade is to upgrade their CC to hold 20 space worth of troops. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AT TH6!!! Basically, if you can hold a drag, the awesome! But in war, Level 6 Loons work best, going straight for the AD. Four ‘loons have as much HP as a level 2 drag, and they will hold out for a while, and they work especially well with rage spells (or so I hear – remember, I’m only TH7 myself). So basically, if you can get max level loons, then get it! Otherwise just a dragon that’s a higher level than your own (e.g. level 3/4).

Anyway that is all for this guide, have a nice day!

Let me paraphrase this, that every th7 knows:

Take as many dragons as you can, the rest loons
Zap the stronger ad, attack the remaining ad, cut the sides before sending your main dragon force inward, don't attack into the air sweeper.

    That's it.
