I mean 30 level of heros, and walls lvl10, my builders has been sleeping for over than 3 month, am I losing time working only on walls and heroes?

See my signature. 100% max and I would have continued this through 10 with the free shields. Now? I am not so sure. Strong heroes are helpful when you go to 10 and the bases you see to attack are tougher.
As a maxed TH9 I don't believe level 10 walls are useful. It takes 3 wb to break them. So.... I did them to dump my gold and elixir, while collecting DE for heroes.
If you love clan wars, heroes are really great, and will be extremely useful to 3 star.
Concerning valks I don't regret upping them to level 4, they can wreck some th10 in pieces (try gowipe by replacing one pekka by 3 valks, and you'll never fear those teslas anymore... Well, with a heal). They are also great in war with hogs or balloons. But they are quite difficult to funnel properly.
If you just want to go th10... Well, it has always been a difficult th (seeing my clanmates complaining of loot and difficulty pre-update) and it's worse now.
So I keep up with the incredibly boring task of upgrading them, which deprive me for playing the best part (in my eyes) of the game, war.
Not funny when you are in a war clan.
Depends if you war or not.
If you do, I'm sorry but 14/15 is not enough, you will be a burden for your clan. Aim for 20/20 at a minimum.
If you don't, why not. (you could have big trouble farming with the new update though... wait for TH10s advices on that)
3 months doing nothing but heroes and level 14/15 is tough though, maybe you should focus a lot more on DE. Screw G/E for the walls, they will get to at least level 9 and a few 10 even if you just farm DE.
For me, as I did before the update the heroes and 90% of the walls, yea, was good to max it all
Just after the update its harder to keep high resources, so I'd say to do your core of walls 10 and at least 20/20 royals
Thanks guys, yes i do wars, and keeping the queen sleeping is keeping me out most of the time, i still have 100 legos left, and I will update the core to lvl10, I think by that time my heroes will be 20/20

As of right now, in this dry economy, you might as well max out everything. TH10 farming will become very difficult...
12/10/2015. The start of the great clash depression.
The day farming died.
I agree with at least 20 royals, dump all GE into walls and grind it out.
New TH10 myself and there is loot available but you have to be able to take out at least one inferno tower to get it.

No it won't.
Don't bother max everything, just move up.
The added defence, troop capacity and spell capacity will help a lot.
I am a th11 and I have max storages right now. Very easy to farm a lot of loot if you are in the right league.
