Milking is the dumbest term.i laughed when the guy was like hey that's my term 3 hours ago all proud of himself.
It's sniping in my book.if I gob and only take out collectors and mines with no thought about trophies or percentages then it's a snipe.

Can't be bothered to find a video for you but that describes what you're doing within the umbrella of farming. It includes loot as small as 30k. And the guide is so old its from when there was graphical glitches on full collectors.
Thank you, but this only puts it as an example, neither the action nor the details were shared here. I appreciate it anyways.

    Milking is rebellion...

If we succeed, we survive in this survival of the fittest /rat race we have been placed in. If we don't succeed, we suck the last little life out of this game.

    Win/Win.

All the details were in the link including demonstrations. It's nothing more than collector raiding without spamming all your troops.

I'm pretty sure the introduction covers exactly what you're talking about, and encourages taking less defended collectors and quitting, and even compares it to an alternative.

But regardless of whether or not I disagree the term has caught on so there's no point in me complaining.

But I'll leave you with this quote, feel free how what you describe as milking is remotely different.
While I used made-up numbers for this example, this has been proven before by both myself and other players. Lots of little raids will be more profitable than a few large, all-out attacks. There is another factor at play as well: Little raids are less vulnerable to failure: your total investment is low, and you can just abandon the attack with little loss if needed. Finally, doing lots of little attacks is simply more interesting than sitting around for 25 or more minutes waiting for your army to finish training.

If you told someone that was describing 'milking' I don't think anyone would doubt you.

The milking guy thinks he is invented a revolutionary new strategy. LOL

Everybody else has been doing collector raids for years, with the smart ones not spam dumping our troops. I have been doing this since I was TH1.

Ty now stop embarrassing yourself thanks.
"Fame?" Really? Some guy comes up with the term milking for fame? My experience has been different milking vs farming so I'm gonna keep using the term. Sorry this bothers people like you so much... I'm sure you'll get over it.... Viva la MILKING!!!!

I'm impressed by the speed of those archer shots

Thank you for the links... So this was in the game, only to become less useful after those loot changes update back in 2013, that's interesting.

Lol yes, it's too late to change the name of the new term, now it is widespread over the forums and even other websites.

Exactly, that's why I think "milking" or whatever is a very efficient strategy, that has reappeared after this update.
