I stayed at TH10...I didn't find the eagle artillery that interesting.
I agree with this honestly. I built EA & cancelled it about 10 times or more until I left it to finish. In war its main advantage is prevent clean up troops from getting extra star. I'm in for a buff & sure not up to the level of clashcon because it would demolish the whole army or you need all spells just to take it out lol

The Eagle artillery has ended a lot of attacks for me at 48/49%. It can be very nasty on the queen and warden. I would much rather attack a th10.
But normally it locks onto golems, heroes, or hounds. Second, for a total of 18mil, it is not worth it. A lvl6 air defence does relatively the same amount of damage, but costs a fraction of the EA cost. Third, you pretty much queen-walk 50% of a base and not activate the EA - a mortar, in effect puts out more damage for the first portion of the raid - and one of them are not worth 18mil.
You say loot problem, I'll say your problem.
I like it, it has saved my town hall a few times. Plenty powerful enough. I've only had 2 attackers get over 50% since the update.
