After several tries and after 35 paid tickets i won a tractor in catalogue. Unfortunatelly after i opened the pack the game was automatically refreshed and the tractor was disappeared.
I think i need your help to recover my prize .

Send in a ticket to Support. Let them know what happened. Insist they refund you the prize and not the 35 gift certificates.

How to contact Support through the game
Tap on the cog wheel, tap on settings, then tap on help and support. Now tap on the magnifying glass. Type in 'contact'. A contact us form appears at the bottom of the page.

I have the same problem, lost several items. Support said, it must be hiding behind something like the main house. Or something wrong with my device. A big traktor cannot be hiding in there. They give me my tickets back but Im still loosing stuff. Nothing fixed.
