    Mods have tried but are not SC employees!

    Mods had a Q&A a while back they tried...
    They can only do so much...

    No response = no trust!

    I'd agree. It's not *necessarily* all about the bad update, but woefully mishandled. The boldfaced lie of 'significant increase' really was a kicker showing their hand.

    I don't understand the silence! I know...I know... It's the Holidays... I understand, but I also know if I had this kind of fire storm in the customer relations I'd call all managers and we would sit down and come up with a plan AND A STATEMENTS!!!

    Yes there is always HOPE... That is why I'm posting today in HOPE SC WILL WAKE UP!!!

    This is the worst part for me. All of the big name YouTubers are on SC's side, doing dmg control.

    Yep trust has been lost, but, something else has happened.

    I care less about this game. Somehow this game has diminished, can't quite put my finger on why though.

    I have adapted and I'm doing fine post update, just lost virtually all the enjoyment I used to take from this game.

    A bit like reminiscing about an ex-girlfriend. The memories of all the good times are still there, it's just, she hates your guts now, Lolz.

    Although your rent analogy is horrible & not at all applicable or helpful, let's look at it...just for fun. The rent going up is not a welcome change for the tenant. So, even with your terrible example, you (a pro-updater) are literally acknowledging that a bad turn of events has occurred. Also, (continuing with your absurd comparison) it's not like we have had a month-to-month lease...we have paid into what we were led to believe was a long-term investment. Now, completely out of left-field, our rent has not only increased, but we've been relocated from a nice 2-story home to a dingy studio apartment in the ghetto. On top of that, the slum-lord is refusing to answer our phone calls.
