I made 7M gold in a 3 hour boosted session last night, sorry I didn't take any screen shots. I'll be doing it again tomorrow night for another upgrade so I'll take some then. I fill my camps with 100 goblins, 100 barch and a few wb's (TH9).

The trick is to not get greedy. Don't look for full or even half full collectors. Hit anything that doesn't look completely empty. Don't go after storages unless they are full and can be easily taken with barch or wb/goblins. If there is a wizard/inferno tower in range of a collector, just leave it. If you need a large amount of one resource or are short on time, concentrate on 1 resource and leave the rest behind. It may seem wasteful but the more troops you deploy, the longer you have to wait for new ones to cook. This strategy relies on speed and efficiency to be effective. You are looking for atleast a 10x return on your raid. So if you deployed 50 goblins which cost 5000 elixir, you should get back at least 50,000 of your target resource (gold or elixir). If I come across a juicy dead base, I will take as much as I can since the ROI is so high.

Yes it's tedious and boring as heck but for fresh TH8,9, and 10's looking to make their first upgrades with previous TH level troops it's a viable strategy.

Lol I snipe to keep my trophy count where it should be. If I venture below 900 the clouds start to appear.

I may have to venture down there soon. It's reminding me of old school clash and making me all nostalgic :,)

I dont know, and I dont know what's in that link. I just wanted to bump this thread because it had the term 'milking' in it.

OK just finished another marathon milking run cause I needed 7M Gold for a L3 X-bow upgrade. Loot was a little dry tonight down in silver, as it took 3.5 hours to raid 5.6M gold. Lots of completely dry bases and only came across 3 or 4 whales. It could just be the weekend, not sure. Anyways, on to the screen shots:

End of the session: 3.5 hours later and 7 million gold in hand:



Then 5 minutes later I logged out completely broke and all 5 builders busy like all good clashers should...lol!



Now I'm sure I'll still wake up to a full GOwipe attack for my 8K/150K/800DE available loot but that's fine by me. THe majority is safe with my builders and I won't need any more for about 4 days!
