Message to SuperCell? Don't waste your time.

The vacation excuse is every bit as pathetic as the disrespectful lack of communication to begin with. There have been several mini "updates" like fixing the PBT and whatever happened a couple days ago at midnight when I got the "check back in 15 minutes" message.

No one with business experience really buys the whole "Let's change the entire game and then pack it up and leave for a month" joke.

What do you want them to say? AFIK there is nothing broken in the game, it's just that the game play has changed a bit and players need to either adapt to quit. If you don't find the game fun anymore, then just quit. There are plenty of others that still find this game enjoyable.

I really don't think they're going to revert any of the fundamental changes that they made. If that's what you're wanting them to say, then you're going to be disappointed.

I can't say that I'm not dissapointed on some things of the update, after all, the 'hype' set in clashcon didn't match with what they delivered, but that's besides the point in here.

We all know here, they won't revert or take back a project they probably worked for a year. All I'm trying to ask to SC is that they should address the discomfort, instead ignoring us like they have been doing.

If you ask me? I would like to know from them that they are in fact trying to fix and balance some aspects of the update (You cannot disagree that there is no balance) , and that they are not working in another marvelous screw up, trying to amend the last one. I would like to know if they are going to address modding, or they just don't give a damn about it. I would like to know what they are doing or what they are planning to do.

Maybe isn't too bad for you, but for the rest who are feeling discomfort and confusion, we want answers not from people who enjoyed the update but the people who did the update in the first place.

Yep, just locked the doors, turned off the lights and every last person went on vacation right after the update. Never to check in, nobody manning a single station, not sure how the maintenance was run...maybe elves?

We all know there is a lot of outrage and negative feedback for the new update, but that's not what I want to talk about now.

What I'm concerned and, personally, outraged about is the current way that Supercell decided to deal with the aftermath of the new update. I think is a little hypocritical posting everyday posts like; Animations, these new ads, etc. and not addressing the discomfort of their clients in any way possible.

I hope they are trying to figure out how to satisfy everyone in their quarters, but let the people know you're doing that. You can't expect to stick your head to the ground and then pop it out to see that the world still hasn't changed, even if you have good intentions or not.

Regardless on the update, I hope that in the future, the connection between Supercell and it's costumers is established and set as a priority.

Supercell can't come out and tell you the truth, that would be a bigger PR nightmare than they currently have. So I'll tell you what they were thinking for them.

now keep in mind this is coming from someone who generally likes the update.

Hmmm they did not talk before their vacations at all lol only once Anoushka said they are aware of few small things but otherwise they do not see any problem with the game
