Hi every one. I was playing hay day till last monday thin someone ♥♥♥♥ed my farm and now my friends told me that my farm is running by bots. I have many friends and can prove that i am a good player i love hay day alot...!!! When ever i open my farm i am directly disconnect and getting msg that another device is vonnecting to this farm. I am very poor. I had iphone 4 and there i downloaded hay day. 15 days ago i sold iphone 4 and bought galaxy s4 and i opened my farm via facebook and was playing normaly. I 100% fully remmber that i delete my itune id my game centre my iclude id and rested the iphone 4 when i was solding. I tryed from last 3 days that in support would help me but they were just wasting my time. So i am posting here that maybe they would see my problem and help me to recour my farm full with barns and silo.
Geeze that stinks I hope you didn't have important information on your iphone and sadly support is not very supportive. Did you go into your google & facebook accounts and change your passwords ? I really can't help you but maybe someone else here can give advise.
Yes i changed my facebook and gmail pasword. But my farm is running by bot or virus u can say. When ever i try to connect directly i get a msg that another device is connecting to this farm so from last night i even can't open my farm coz bot is activated. I am trying from last 3 days via in game support but they are not helping me to stop bot.
I had 1950 or 2000 items in my barn and alot in my silo even i had 500+ cacaos tree and all were stolen or sold by bot. Even they can't look on ip address to stop or ban that bot. So boring from 3 days i am waiting
