    I have a question for those who think the loot is better: How much loot per hour did you gain before the update? If you can't answer that simple question, how can you say it's better?
    In aproximate values I was making maybe 500k+ an hour now I'm milking usually 1.2m+ of both resources but very little dark

    Pre update: 20-30k dark a day non boosted
    Post update: 10-20k dark non boosted.
    I only count dark elixir, not going for the other resources. Overall I'm not terribly affected but I'm getting about 1/3 less dark.

    I have never really 'raided hard' as you put it but I do occasionally have a barracks boost session, probably less than per month over the course of my CoC playing life.

    I also only tend to storage raid, even pre-update, though I will take a good collector raid if I can and I always try to win trophies in every raid I do.

    I agree. What I want to know is what are they doing now that they didn't do before the update? I keep seeing the word better getting thrown around and the proof they give is 1 lucky big raid screenshot.

    To me this update penalized players (not all but enough to cause a scene) who were good at farming large amounts of loot per hour. It seems this update benefits those who play the least. You can log on for 2 minutes to que an army then log off for 1 hour. The log back on and search for 10 minutes and attack. Then start the process over. Players who like this option probably love the update. But those that actually like to play are being penalized. I don't see the point in playing a game that doesn't occupy my time when I want it to. Isn't the entire purpose of a game to occupy our time?

    Updates don't usually change the rules and the ecosystem of a game near anything as what was done here though

    My second account is a On/Off for collectors and Mines and war account. I do nothing else on that account. I have started working on getting all my collectors and mines upgraded. I log in once every couple days and I've always only been raided once and then my stuff is full.

    People don't realize the "economy issue". With TH snipes and dead bases gone, we now only have collectors to fuel the economy. They only generate about 600k per person per day. Is this enugh for walls? No. And let's not forget the black holes called troop cost and nexting cost...

    Sorry to hear you are struggling... And I guess I should have been more specific in defining the type of player that likes the update. They log on/log off and attack 5-6 times per day using big armies that go for storages and the town hall (and are good at it).

    As an anecdotal example, my town hall 9 mini struggled to get past crystal 1 pre update and a 1500 de raid was a good raid for me. Post update the account is vaulted to master 1 and 2500 de raids against other town hall 9's are easy to find. Gold and elixir from storages are about the same, but the league bonus is dramatically higher. I will likely max out town hall 9 a couple of months sooner as a result of the update.

    that said, I understand everyone is at different upgrade levels and has different skill levels. If you enjoy the game and the tactics of attacking then I have no doubt you will improve with practice.
