I don't know. I'm up in Masters 3 right now. It seems that I need to next through about 40-50 bases to find a base that is worth attacking. Sometimes the traps work out just right that I get crushed and you don't get a shield. It's a sad day for all involved.

really, I need "serious" help. How did you come to this conclusion. Seriously tho, the point is to get loot and also set the other player up to get raided again. why would I help another chief?
Seriously, I get loot, it works.
The attacks gone wrong is one thing, stopping at 29% when you could've gained more resources because your troops are still alive is another. That's just plain dumb.
Do it to my base, it'll stay on my queue. I'd love to hit you for more. And... i promise not to stop at 29%.

I'm not happy with the update, is that clear? I use goodly amount of sarcasm. I think loot is worse and trophy droppers are more common. How else could I steadily climb while botching 25% of my raids? Clash on bro!
For your information, I was agreeing with you, that tweaking is needed.

go ahead and do it to me, with very little gold and elixer, you wont get back what you spend on goblins and my de isnt get touched by a 29% attack.
