Where is Titan players?

So i was in champI, during nexting i can't find any Titan players at all. But after log off my base mostly got raided by Titan players.
Is this something related to new shield + village guard? i heard Titan got fully coverage, but i didn't understand it.

The MM system will normally try and ifn dbases that are just a little below you.

well it also does not help that titans are always on... when a titan is always on the game it is pretty hard to attack them. That is why you get pretty much all other champ 1s.

It's always been like this. Matchmaking always has a greater trophy range below you than above you and couple this with the fact that there are much fewer players in Titan and they tend to be very active and the result you get is seeing loads of players in low champ and hardly ever any Titans. This works for them too which is why your always getting attacked by them.

what i found are mostly master I players, mostly TH10/11

so who will able to attack titan? i think it's also hard to find titan vs titan

I dropped from Titan, the gemmers were making it impossible to progress for the average player. Can't defend, can't save resources lose lose

hahah you know i'm right on the 20 straight loss with 100 destruction. for me, it's impossible to stop those TH10/11.
i just need to recover what i'm lost with attacking under shield, i'm fine with this situation.

I'm titans 3. About 59 cups from titans 2 and I've only seen 3 titans in 3 days mostly champs 2 and 1
