Same happens to me when I get attacked to many times in an hour. Imo, it happens when you shoot up in the next league when your not in game.
Post it the Bug Section (although it has already been done) and report it In-Game. I did it and was asked the circumstances. SC is aware.

Won a raid an crossed the 3200 threshold, so a relatively normal way to jump.
What is this that I feel and what is this that I fear?
I think the poster you quoted mistook C for Crystal rather than Champs.
