We have been telling them...for the past 2 weeks. I have played the game the way they envisioned and it sucks. I went all the way up to champs 2 and at that level there's no way to farm with giant healers and archers (my normal farming technique). All I see up there are 80% TH10s which I can't touch or maxed out 9s. Of course I can make a gowipe or laloon army or something, but that's not farming.
I agree that they missed the mark as far as this update is concerned but like I have said the main purpose of this update was to get rid of the bots and introduce TH11... The next update was going to be war centric with balances for war and maybe a tournament module as well so I don't agree that the messed up clan wars for lower townhall on purpose rather it was an unfortunate side effect...
They increased the size of the map and hence felt the need to increase attack time and the extra dark spell was to encourage air attacks at higher lvl so that you could fit in a poison spell with maybe a double zap quake...
If they wanted to simply earn money via dark elixir they could have made the grand wardon an de upgrade instead of elixir or even introduced red elixir or any new resource even more expensive than de for that purpose... Just adding a spell for money doesn't make too much sense...
I am into vfx and run dynamic simulations the whole day to simulate natural phenomenon and let me tell you straight up that programing a simulator for the clash economy will be more complex then making clan itself and still it will not even come close to predicting the impact of the changes... Humans are very innovative and creative and building an ai to simulate that is a very complex task... Only available method is to implement the changes and observe the changes..
But I agree that that they should have made changes one by one and not all at once... That makes a lot of sense...
They tried to address the clouds but it back fired on them because most of the non gemming TH10s dropped to silver to Farm and the townhall snipping bot were eliminated further thinning the population in the higher leagues and thus increasing the clouds...
I agree that the witches should have been better balanced at launch and the nerf to skeletons was a rushed decision but from all the bugs itself it's very clear that this update was very rushed and pushed out the door in time for Christmas... Then might have been discussing TH11 for a very long time but spent very little time implementing it unfortunately...
Even the new defence is a joke and doesn't work as planned... It takes too long to activate and is very slow and by the time it's fully active it gets destroyed so lots of changes are needed there as well but again the intentions were right but the failed in the execution...
I farm with giants, barch, goblins... I cook jump spell and farm for a specific resource that I am targeting. I rarely have heroes available, and have never had all 3 or even BK+AQ. It's quite simple. Find bases that have DE storage or two storages accessible by 1 jump and not protected by multi IF. Use GiBarch to take out/distract defenses and clear outer resource structures. Then release the goblins for a straight shot to the storages. If you get lucky and find a whale, use bare minimum troops to clear collectors, take the loss and move on. I've done this since the update and Warden is going to 5. I started max AQ. I started and finished Max Drag. I started max WBs (I never use them). And eagle and new xbow are being built.
The problem with a number of people displeased with the update, is they come out with statements like "there's now way to farm with xxxxxx.." Then why are a number of people like myself and my clanmates are all keeping our builders working? What if you were SC and you saw two feedbacks: Bob: "No loot, GiBarch is useless." Then Joe: "I use GiBarch, doing fine, albeit a little slower."
Moving on to the folks that harp on the communication endlessly. What exactly do you expect from SC? Provide a sample statement you would like to hear. They have said they are reading feedback. They have proven they do read feedback. They have said there will be adjustments. No, they can't tell you what those adjustments are until they have been a) thought up, b) debated by senior devs/game designers, c) submitted for approval by C-level, d) approved and developed, e) tested, and THEN f) communicated to Supercell staff responsible for community announcments (ie Anoushka). You guys aren't being realistic, and many of you aren't doing anything but pouting with your arms crossed sitting in a corner.

This, I have to agree with. Their lack of communication, as it seems is after all updates, leaves a lot to be desired.
I've seen a MMORPG game go from being the oldest running, most popular of it's kind, to dead, and barely having more than 30 players on at any given time, due to their lack of communication. I'd hate to see that happen with SC and Clash.
Really? Because he said that SC's failure to communicate is making people mad?
I don't think so, man. He's 100% correct in his statement.
