at the time i upgraded quake to level 2, i had nothing better to dump DE into
Use it in the core where the TH, xbow, IT, and tesla are. One spell can create a whole lot of damage to multiple buildings - speeding up the destroying of them by troops
For taking other buildings.
But dont carry more than 1 of them if it wasnt for wall destroying purpose.
I usually bring 1 max earthquake,In addition of max poison from cc..it might comes in handy when theres some critical buildings left..or when you attack a th11 with maxed inferno/xbow/eagle close together..thats when you put the earthquake.
On eagle artillery(4400) a 25% reduction from EQ means -1100 HP..thats alot more significant than a maxed lightning spell.
But yeah i agree they might need to decrease the damage reduction from each earthquake used on same building.
Say each EQ used on building only does 3/4 damage of the previous EQ..that means for maxed EQ its 25/18/13/9/6 .. or maybe 1/2 damage of previous EQ just my thoughts.

Because quake is not only useful for taking down walls.
Zapquake for instance (2 lightning plus 1 quake) will take down an ad, with appropriate levels.
2 level 6 zaps and a level 1 quake will take down a level 6 AD, but won't take down a level 7 AD, but with a level 3 quake, they will (Haven't checked with level 2 yet).
