You can wait for other opinions from th9's. Semi max th9 here. Just walls and heroes.
Try to get the lab upgraded, so you can upgrade troops. Get both bows, spell factory and archer queen. After that, whatever you can afford. You may need to toggle between gold, elixer DE upgrades as saving all three makes you a nice big juicy target to raid!
My brother likes to start with the expensive upgrades first (like x-bow and Wiz towers).
Many people who are worried about protecting loot like to upgrade splash damage first (mortars and WT).
War-focused players may be more concerned about point defenses and air defenses.
It really depends on your play style.
Depends on your playing style and Clash Goals. Are you a farmer,trophy pusher or do you only care about war? Without knowing this info, it's impossible to advise you.

This guy is right. Upgrade offense ASAP. Spell factory and lab are first, followed by camps. Also nab that AQ if you can.
Do NOT get X-Bows immediatly, before that get the CC to 5. I did the mistake and built both X-Bows, and u know what? Their lousy 50 Dps doesnt compensate their war weight...of course at lvl 3, they are not bad, but they will have a LOT of war weight.
I'm sort of a hybrid player. farmer and war player, but my current clan doesnt really care about war weight.
OP, note that this comment is irrelevant unless you like to war. If you don't care about war at all. Go ahead and build them.
Well then WT is actually a pretty good starter. WT can effect farming and war raids. So maybe start with those. Then maybe you will have a feel for what needs to be upgraded next!
