Christmas was kind of a bust this year 😔

Not that im ungrateful for the boosts and trees we got this year, im just kind of dissapointed in how much less we got than last year. For example:
-last year 1 gem boosts lasted 7 days, now they last 1 day.
-last year 1 gem army boosts lasted 2 hours, now they last 1 hour.
-last year trees sprouted presents, now... Nothing.

Aside from that, last year i only really needed to boost barracks, as heroes, spells, or dark troops werent needed for inactive bases. Now i have to boost everything, dark barracks included. Thats 10 gems an hour to keep me going... Im going broke on gems... Lol.

Very dissapointing that im going to need to buy gems to keep up with the christmas give aways. Dont want to sound like a spoiled child but im not sure i can afford the present i got this year from sc..

It still is a bust... my whole clan of around 40 members are online and raiding everyday. Currently, there is a virus on the forum "Hate the new update virus" and it spreads when you continue to read all the hate threads directed towards the new update.

1-Gem boost was NOT for 7-days last Christmas. That was the Anniversary Event. It was 1 day/per gem.

Feeling entitled is bad enough, but being wrong about that entitlement is worse.

I boosted everything for 1 hr tonight and realized it was a bust. Everything had been dried up. With my AQ upgrading, I could not find any easy bases to raid. Wasted my gems. With the bases left, I have to hit with a full gowipe to get the loot. Only could get in 2 raids for the hour. It took too much time to find any bases with loot to raid. TH10, Crystal III.

I was definitely sad when I realized I only got one hour and I had to boost all the barracks, spells, and heros to earn any loot. I use to love the one gem during Christmas and New Years season.

Totally correct re gem boost. Not sure y people get mixed up between Christmas and anniversary, but they do

I was more upset on the xmas trees not producing gifts more than anything I was hoping to see how many I can keep without the slip of the finger opening them for whole year
