Anoushka is too busy bathing in TH11 income money to be minding any concern for the deteriorating game.

Anoushka spent her holidays that should booked months ago working.

Yes they create a new ad while they are enjoying the vacation

Developers, community managers and marketing are 3 different things mate.


SC have made a few comments. But they don't say anything until they have something concrete to give.
No sense giving a "maybe" or a "possibly".
The guys and girls at the office are some of the smartest minds in the gaming world, and they are not so stupid as to ignore their communities feedback.
After all, you and I are what keep them in the job.

Please be parient, when the rest of the team get back from their Christmas vacation, you will start to see some tweaks, fixes and likely some communication.

Even a simple.. we are monitoring it and working on some improvements. ANYTHING, would be nice, just to know they are still listening and working on things. How hard is it to type a few lines, calm the people down who are passionate and love their game, and who have spent a lot of money??

Remember complaints roll up hill. My people complain to me, I complain to SC
through forums.
When this is rolled back complaints will stop and order restored. At least give

Devs of this game are euros.

They vacation from early DEC to Mid JAN.

This is is a euro thing....if your not from this part of,the world you will not understand it.

I personally do business with people all around the world....they all have their quirks....time off due to whatever.

The successfull business people I deal with in Europe I do not contact DEC- JAN every year all the time.

Gotta believe the admins and devs dont like seeing all the complaining whatever it is they run the game if it fails they are out of jobs or atleast large sums of money. They will obviously attempt to fix all the issues but its not something they will likely keep people updated to once they find fixes they will do another update

Please wait for the update/fix after holiday season. Players buying gems left and right while they have the extra cash. Wait after things cool down, they will fix things up for the better.

Im sure they sneak a peak,while on vacation....and it problably was just one or two peeks....then they did best to ignore it.

What would you do if on holiday? Look at work?

He/she is probably on vacation. They have done a lot of work setting up the th11 update the best they can. Unfortunately, it's not a good update so far. They need time to have a legitimate amount of data and such. Let them vacation and in the meantime enjoy your life. Patience will always win.

I don't think they had to do a 'lot' of work for th11 update ♥♥♥♥! How hard it is to code a pigeon defence and a hero? I have a feeling, the devs inflate the coding difficulty 1000 times and present infront SC management. I regularly outsource coding job and I know it's less than a week's work for a 4/5 person team. Shame.
