can someone tell me how to build a good clan???

i started mine as a th9 it takes a ton of hard work. Make your clan rules and stick to them. Make them earn co and back up your co's decisions. We are now 1 war from lvl 9 and i can pass leader to any co in my clan and there is a lot of them and not worry about getting leader back. I like to clan hop and visit. Also the old global troll of looking for lvl 8 clan must be made leader is always fun too. Then once ya get the global guys hating on you for attempting it rejoin and get leader back and blow minds. You will have to not be scared to kick out toxic people. Admit when you make mistakes . Don't act as if you are a god of clash ask for co's opinions. Make rules then enforce them. You are the leader so you can't let people in the clan try to steamroll you into decisions. They will look to you for answers to their questions so be ready to find the answers to the most ridiculous clash questions. Every war we do war assignments and organize a clean up phase. I suggest getting your co's on kik to discuss war strat for each war and then do again after everyone had used their first attack. We do not have donation rules for farming just war reqs. Our only rule for farming is to our farm in your req and be happy with whatever you receive. For war donations are max troops only. Much easier after lvl 5 clan. Our only rules are regarding to war. And don't be a annoying ad in chat begging for cc troops and such. Be wary of recruiting high level th people they are clan less for a reason. I'd say just join a clan man. It's extremely hard to start up a clan being a TH6 or even 7. Wait until you get to TH8 or maybe even 9. It takes a LOT of work to get a good clan going.

If your mindset is to keep someone in by bribing them or caving into their demands then you aren't ready to be a leader.

I have seen that too, but I think they either got extremely lucky, are friends of high level players, or are just miniature accounts of other high level players. Though to have a good clan, it can take a lot of time. A good way to get more people in a clan is through the forums or have your friends join (if they play this game). Global chat can be a good way as well but often it is not. Set up rules that are fair and don't give free promotions.

Well, do what you must. But you'd be wise to notice that overwhelmingly, you're being advised against it.

And your own experience backs it up.

I guess the unanswered question is this: "Why do you want to be a clan leader." If you can't provide a really good question, then it doesn't matter what happens,

Also if someone leaves because they don't get co, then it is better that they left than they stay. Those that want free co are generally trollers or are not good players.
