Let's say you're a TH10 farming up in Champions 1.. You use GoWiPe.. It costs 250k for troops and spells, and it costs you around 2k DE for your golems. Let's say you attack a base that's offering 300k/300k/3.2k (Gold/Elixir/DE). Let's also say you're a pretty good attacker as well and you hit the base for a 72% destruction and raid the following amount of loot: 236k/244k/2.7K. Your league loot bonus for getting over 70% destruction in Champions 1 is: 250k/250k/1660. Overall you grossed in 486k/494k/4.36k. Subtract that from your army costs to get your profit (assuming you only spend around 30k gold to find a base worthy to raid, gold that small is insignificant)
486k-30k/494k-250k/4.36k-2k = PROFIT of 456k gold/244k elixir/ 2.36k DE
With that one raid. Let's say you do this every 1 hrs 30min. In a 24 hour period (let's say you happen to raid 7 times in one day cuz you're a pretty busy guy, but you were smart enough to prepare an army before you went and did other things in real life, that means in 10 and a half hours, you made 3,192,000 gold/ 1,708,000 elixir/ 16,520 DE profit in 10.5 hours within a 24 hour day period.
If you "no lifed it" and did twice the amount of raids for nearly the same amount of loot every time you raided, you'd be making almost enough to get yourself a level 12 archer tower and 4 days more you could level up a Barbarian King to level 35 for example
And they say loot is bad up in champs...
People may say it was faster to get loot back in the old days, but NOTHING FANTASTIC COMES WITHOUT A COST, SMARTS AND EFFORT.
Remember that now.
Even if you were to lose 20% of that profited loot from being raided, you'd still be progressing extremely fast as a th10/11
