It does not say that it's against TOS to use the IN GAME account login/logout to switch to another account.

What it is saying, is one account per game. Which is why you can not have a second village on one account.

The support device part, is meaning they only allow usage on support devices, android and iOS.

I might be wrong...

In android... It shows Google play games when loging in...its google's option.... Not sc's...

no, it says something like "do you really want to switch to (account IGN)?" and it has to type in "CONFIRM" to switch over. it is from the game, not google

It is allowed to have multiple accounts on 1 device, but it's not supported so they won't help you if you have a problem with it. There is a difference between not supported and not allowed.
