We don't have good enough troops to get higher than crystal with farming armies. Don't forget the th9s who are constantly taking our loot if we have a decent amount of it. This means to progress, you ether have to gem or take much longer to progress than it used to- not to mention that people with a job or school cannot raid all the time, so all the loot they get gets taken away by th9s. In my opinion, th I should update has just pushed us to gem....unless you are a th9, 10, or 11 already.
Just another dummy that thinks unless your barching collectors and sniping the only way to get loot is to beat a base is with a full war army.

1. train gowipe
2. wait 1.5 hour
3. play 5 minutes
4. repeat until you find no more fun
