Why is Softbank -SC-not responding?

I think otherwise. We likely won't get a statement until the New Year.

My concern is that I feel clash is at a critical stage now and at least a comment? One comment. Even if the comment was "Please be informed we have listened to your comments but SC at this current time we are working on a solution that may take a couple of weeks to implement"
"Please be informed we are not going to make any changes to the current update, clash on".

Why leave the players guessing what is going to happen. At least tell us either way and we will move on and stop the complaining. Do they want us to continue complaining???

And SC have responded more than once by now, just look at anoushka's latest posts. Its not difficult. Its simpler to do than making a thread.

This reminds me of a memory.

In 7th grade, me and 4 other people were working on a project to create a speed bump that becomes hard when you quickly pass over it, and stays limp when slow cars pass over it.

Before that, we had to do a lot of research on the key elements of such a bump.

4 of us did research for over 10 hours and each got a 20 page analysis on how it should be made or work, yet one person barely filled an A4 paper.


We asked him "We worked on it for over 10 hours, did you even spend 20 minutes on it?"

He replied:
"10 minutes? Hmmmmm.. Maybe even more"


It is the same case for Supercell.
When you make a forum for players to discuss, your responsibility is to answer their questions and help satisfy their needs, and when 91% of the people dislike the update, 1 ​reply IS NOT ENOUGH.

That was not done by being quiet and sitting back and let it happen. It was fixed due to people expressing their feelings, not by adapting, or getting over it!

I might be wrong, but I thought Anoushka is a moderator. And if I remember it was a comforting response. We are looking for the announcement folder on the forum directly from SC staff who work in the facility.
