Why is Softbank -SC-not responding?

Okay I could understand if the the update was neutral and there were equal number of people who dislike and like the update. From what I see in the social media, and this forum, it seems like there is more people who do not like the update. But why have they not responded to our concerns over the update. I thought maybe its because their on vacation? No if the situation is critical you would have at least a team to work things out. Players have voiced their frustration with the new update and not one comment from the developers. Even a simple comment like "we have heard your comments about the new update, and we are currently working on a temporary fix." Not one simple, tiny, comment. This leads me to believe they are not going to change or fix anything.

you know... they actually need concrete data before they do anything, right?
the update is still in its infancy.

SC needs more than loud whining on the forum to make changes. the changes will be made based upon gaming statistics. So if you really want to send a message - stop playing! otherwise, all of your whining esentially means nothing

also - stop talking about softbank - they dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about an update or the forums. they care that coc is still the top grossing app

While I haven't seen anything from Supercell staff in the recent days, operators seem to be very inactive as well.

For example, NO moderator is online right now. While some moderators like Lachlan, tend to be privately online, we don't see too much of an input from him either.

moderators do not speak on behalf of the staff/game, they merely keep the forums clean
