    Post [War]: The Effect of Double Poison on Complexity of the Game

    Hello Clashers and SuperCell,

    I found that the complexity of the war and strategic side of the game, overall, suffered tremendously after the last change, with introduction of CC DE spell slot, allowing people to bring double poison to the war.

    Now, even pre-update, the strategy around clan castle troops suffered a lot as there was no longer any point in putting anything but Dragon or Lava Hound inside CC. However, with introduction of the 2nd Poison, even the Dragon can not stand the might of dual poison. I do not know if it was the intended effect but it seems a bit strange for SC to try to reduce the complexity of the game.

    I actually miss the element of surprise one could do to sway the tide of the attack, like putting occasional witch, wizards, etc.

    I hope SuperCell would revisit this matter, as I would love to have that aspect of war return.

    As of right now, I really do not see any use of the CC troops, its auto-Dragon or Lava Hound fill for my clan.

    you realize with a max poison spell u can still take out a drag right?

    Max poison doesn't take out a max drag.

    Yeah double poison and the extra 30 seconds killed the cc! We have tried putting nothing in some wars actually confuses some attackers as they try to draw it out

    also I used double poison before the update...

    2 lightning 1 eq 1 rage 2 poison was my strat for spells...

    so mix it up... in some cc's put in a drag or lava and in others put in some witches... this will cause the enemy to prepare for one thing and mess up because it was not like they expected!

    You realize people were double poisoning CC long before they allowed you to donate right????

    Interesting observation, and thanks for posting. Agree it has completely changed the dynamic of handling CC troops. And when you add the additional 30 seconds to the war time it allows you to use the double poison to maximum affect. I'm indifferent to it, really. You can redesign your base making it very hard to lure without committing to the attack, or mix up the movement speeds of troops to make it slightly more difficult to gather all the troops together. But I see your point.

    Correct however double poisoning has increased due to the fact you don't need to sacrifice a regular spell to do so.
