    More relevant YouTube channels.

Hey guys, I used to get most of my 3 star strats from clashing with matty and onehive, and adapting my own. Guys like that now though are huge into war and only come up against fully maxed th9 anti 3 star bases and they all have maxed heroes. My clan have a few people who know how to 3 star but we don't have heroes higher than lv20 and don't often hit these lava wall 30/30 hero anti 3 bases. I'm wondering if anybody knows a more mainstream you tuber I can watch for ideas.

Yeah, those huge youtubers are only going to post high-end gameplay. I would be surprised if there is a youtube channel that posts th8-midth9. It's just so rare. But the only thing I can say is practice is better than any youtube video. Practice those strategies, see what you can do and can't do.

    Anyways, good luck!

If you check the Th9 link of my signature you will find 3 star attack videos of start and mid th9 attacks. Please note that the attacks are not of elite clan so the bases we attack are also not all lava walls kind off maxed out bases!

You could check out PowerBang gaming, he does war recaps as well.
I could say ChiefPat, Galadon, ClashOnGan; they're mainstream as you say, but some of their videos are relevant.
I've watched a range of Clashtuber's vids and I have to say that OneHive Raids are the best and most informative and resourceful channel out there, and you shouldn't really budge on that.
    Just try practising 'em.

Yea onehive are definitely good. I guess you can just take the information and adapt it to the level heroes you've got and the bases you're facing. I can still use queen walks and stuff but they're a bit shorter than normal and require more healers. Thanks for everyone's input!

    Powerbang

Powerbang is a great youtuber. He posts high lvl gameplay but he breaks down all of the raids. You can easily understand what he is saying when explaining a raid. He teaches the basics of every strategy and you can learn a lot from him.

One hive, it's the one place I learned new stuff from, fairly well explained, and it's easy to adapt the strategies to low level heroes and troops, usually. (Don't try queen walk before queen 15 though)

When jake says "you need max heroes to do this" he means "vs a fully maxed base" . If you aren't maxed, then neither are your targets and your low level heroes work just fine. I had no issues adapting golaloon and 3* even a premie th10 with dual infernos, and this as a baby th9 with lvl 1 lavas, lvl 2 golem (th8 level golem) and a lvl 6 queen.

I did however recommend JTJ University to clan mates who needed help with dragon attacks. One of the best tutorials on dragon attacks before zap quake at Th8, much better than I was able to explain in chat with drawings. So I assume the rest of their stuff is pretty good: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zCJvN5AIC7Y
