    We need communication from SC

    We have all read how SC monitors the forums. We all understand that in business good communication is imperative. With this in mind, where is your feedback SC? How are we suppose to know what to do if we aren't hearing anything? Whether I like the responses given or not at least I would have something to deal with, it just isn't right leaving so many loyal customers / players wandering around in the dark. If you feel the same please add to this so SC may give us some feedback.

    Its beyond baffling. The silence is so outrageous it has to be intentional. Which says even more... I have never dealt with this or witnessed anything like this in my career either..

    Have they never heard the term damage control??

    there r a European company and it is Xmas for goodness sake...

    Neither have I. They are a company trying to get the people to change. That's not how it's supposed to be. There is a HUGE lack in comms between their consumer(s).

    I go to a Career Tech Center for web and game programming. It is basically a vocational school for high schoolers. We get graded on work ethic ever day, and go over what we should do in real business situations. We are thought to have/do 1 thing to our customers: LISTEN TO THEM!!!!

    The relationship SC has with their consumer is like a best friend saying "hey, let's do this for New Year's. Let's spend the night at my house" and then goes off downtown with his/her friends.

    Let's say this update reaped in vast sums of revenue, increased player activity and more people downloaded the app (data us plebs don't have access to), so in short let's say all their KPI's are up and lets assume based on that data alone it was enough deem the update a success.

    Let's say based on the above the changes are permanent and they don't intend on making any alterations, what exactly do you want them to say?

    ANYTHING. Anything at least acknowledging our concerns. Silence is a killer.

    Why? Is them releasing a message going to alleviate anything that you are experiencing in game? No, then why do you need them to say:

    "well we know a lot of people are having a rough time adjusting to the new update, rest assured these changes are here to stay so please keep trying to adjust"

    They are communicating. Lack of communication is a form of communication.

    Most say that anything, just anything from SC would be nice. If they came out saying to continue to try and adjust the complainers would forget that anything means anything, and continue on their tirade.
