I want to play clash but I can't! :(

So my story here is, I have a max th8 and it took me about 1 1/2 years to get there all the loot I've saved etc. I had an iPod and switched it from my android and then Apple has disbanded my Apple ID I got a new phone due to my android having its batterie exploding... I got a new battery for the android but half the screen is unusable so I can't play clash I want to get clash on my new iPhone 5 but I am using a new Apple ID I have my th8 on my android can someone please help me get my base back I've been itching to play for about a year now(((( thx
