I quit clash but I my friend added me to the war on all 4 of my accounts. So I log on to do my last attacks and boost my barracks on 3 of my accounts. Check it later and realize the boost is going slow. Counted the seconds and it seemed like half the time. My dragon just finished the first one. I checked the time and I've been boosting for 15 mins. It's the same on all accounts.
