Doesn't do any good to report, they won't do anything. I have reported several times with video proof of guys setting off bbs on the peremiter with barbs perfectly then going in for 3 stars. First attack was a 0% scout. Never saw the guys get banned. I even jail broke my iPad and got third party software, took pics of it and reported myself and did not get banned. Only a generic reply from support. I have picture proof of this.

What exactly is the infraction? Is there some ♥♥♥♥ed software at use, or merely the lower level players scouting for the higher ranking players? I'm afraid I don't see a problem as explained.

Not sure if I really get this thread. What makes using a low level member (who is in war and can be attacked) to scout an upper level base c-h-e-a-t-I-n-g? It is simply a wasted attack.
