Why am i a TH8 always getting raided by TH9 and higher!!!???

I am a th8 and i ALWAYS get raided by a th9 or th10 regardless of the league i am in. With this new update supercell said ur less likely to get paired down while raiding but i dont see how this is true at all!! When ever i go to raid i never get paired with a th7 or lowever. So why is th9 always getting a chance to attack me? And its almost always a few minnutes after my guard is up and it doesnt matter if i am in gold 3 or crystal. I always get raided withing 4 or 5 mins sometimes sooner and always a th9. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO SAVE DARK ELIXR WHEN I KEEP GETTING RAIDED BY TROOPS I JUST CANT STOP!? THIS GAME IS JUST GETTING WORST!!!

Less likely just means they have to next more to find you. Doesn't make you invisible. Sounds like you are carrying a fair amount of loot. With the TH10, 50% penalty, you would have to have pretty full collectors for them to be interested. Suggest you empty them regularly.

Near Max TH9 here. So you probably have loot. That is something that I can't say many TH9s have at the moment. I spend about 30 searches or so to find a TH8 like yourself to GiBarch with one spell and my heroes to hopefully get 150k gold and elixir and 1k dark elixir. I can tell you the TH8s show up a lot less now but that does not mean that we won't keep searching until we find you.

Here's why.... TH8S don't have xbows. So, a TH9 sees a juicy target if they can break even on elixir and make 80k gold and a wee bit of DE. It'll save most of a hero too in quite a few cases.

My th 8 is regularly raided by th 9. I keep gold low putting it into walls and my defensive upgrades are still fairly inexpensive. Running out of elixir required upgrades to do. Just 2 barracks and 1 db to upgrade. Saving elixir for lab upgrade. I'm training spells while I raid otherwise I'd cap out on elixir. My tip is manage your shield time and attack through your shield to recover more than what you lost, rinse and repeat

The reason is quite simple. Loot.
The economy is in a bad shape at the moment so th9s are getting attacked by th10s. Th8s by th9s and 10s.
I suggest you drop a few leagues (maybe silver) and pick on th7s.
It seems that this is the way SC intended for us to play

I never get paired with a th7 when i raid so its not the same. What i am daying is why is th9s finding th8s more than th8s finding th7s? Im saving up my dark elixr which is dam near impossible becuz everytime i get it to 40k i get raided by a th9 and it goes back down to 38k then by the time i get it back to 40 same ♥♥♥♥ all over again there i am getting raided by a th9 for dark elixr.
