This is either a bug, in which case a mod will need to move this thread, or I have misunderstood the PBT and shield changes.
Just logged in to find a number of attacks on my base, the last was a 39% defense win.
Great! A shield finally after 4 days.....
Or not??!!!?
So I check my PBT...
Now I'm confused? Have SC reverted to the old 40% shield rule and 6 hour personal break? Or is this game even more broken?

They didn't deploy enough troops to give you a shield. They have to deploy a certain amount of troops for you to get a shield... I think a 3Rd of their troops have to be deployed. Or was it a percentage... Someone else will know the exact number.
