Good point. Only certain forums could be locked. I think the help needed forum is a good idea. I honestly doubt that folks who have never used the forums before sign up to report a bug.
the problem is that they will just spam stuff everywhere else.
there also is another problem in that new people can make valid comments - whether good or bad. Sure there are some super annoying posts and I find many people to be super annoying but somepeople aren't capable of putting things in any other way than "loot sucks" "I hate SC" and there are those who live to troll
