Many clashers have discovered that asking questions directly to the help and support team is a great way of getting direct answers from supercell.

To those that are not aware, all you need do is hit the cog and go to help and support, if you click into a question you will get the option to "contact us", this is the best place to ask a well worded question, I assume spam will be rightfully ignored.

I feel it would be a good idea for members that have got replies to new questions to share screen shots so we can share these with the forum community and ultimately keep us all better informed.

supercell are listening and answering our questions, let's use this thread to share our answers and increase awareness that we are being listened to.

Please dont share answers that have already been shown, let's try to keep it fresh and positive. I think we can agree there is enough darkness here at the moment.

Many are are looking for hope and positivity, we can help each other this way.

in my experience they don't mind straight talking, when I asked them if farming was removed from the game, they gave me the same answer they gave Daddy among others, saying that farming undermined the core gameplay and that town hall sniping while convenient took advantage of clash mechanics too much to leave in the game. Although I didn't particularly like the answer I WAS glad to get an honest, non "people pleasing" straight answer.

It would be productive and beneficial for the community if we share our feedbacks and get as many clashers informed as possible.

I didn't expect anything, I only hoped for my question to be answered, which it was.
