SC is a Euro company.

Euros are on "holiday" from Early DEC to Early JAN.

This is a company of DeVs mostly of Euro origins....even if some are not...they still do the Euro thing.

The reason SC is not responding is that they are on vacation(holiday).

Was it bad timing to bring such a major change during their break?? Personally I think it was. Many agree.

But the song remains the same....hang in there.

we did listen and we are still listening to your feedback We are also looking into resources, as well as TH balancing, but these adjustments require time. It's a brand new system out there, we need to carefully think of ways that will benefit all players.

Personally I think they made a huge error.

TH11 would have been fine for winter update. The rest of the changes were too much.

With other changes they can't respond in a timely manner because they are on holiday.....and the other changes need a timely response.

They kinda went too big...knowing there wouldn't be anyone to put out the fire. Maybe that was their intention??? I couldn't say.

They released the update in time for Christmas so everyone would spend that Christmas money on gems to upgrade to th11....and you did....lol

While I think their "intent" was to slow down the game a little, They didn't realize how massive their "intent" would hurt so many people in such a big way and cause a mass exodus.

Give SC some time....for those that "quit" I'm sure they will be back.

SC is good at making compromise with whales and farmers. Solution is coming...it's not going to be a fast solution....but in the mean time...enjoy the quitters(I am)

But they still have staff on hand to oversee the servers and stuff I'm sure. It wouldn't have taken much to post a quick message and stickie it saying they'll be working on fixes when they return.
