Rating is based on your personal experience with the game, if it didn't met your expectations don't assume that everyone does. it is unfair for the game developers to receive a rating based on someone else's experience

I'm going to assume you didn't read my 2nd post on this thread.

While the mood in the Community is quite obvious, the team is still looking at the data. On my side, I'm reading your feedback carefully, with the help and constant reports from our Moderators, and it's being passed on to the Clash team. We don't need content creators to make your voices heard, as we're getting it first hand from the forums and all other social media channels you mentioned, and any eventual changes to come will be delivered via SC first.
There will be a maintenance in the coming days to fix some bugs and hopefully implement some tweaks to the information available in-game in regards to the PBT, I'll confirm these as soon as possible.

This is pretty much the same I posted in my last message but I look forward to have something else more concrete to deliver.

We are aware of some bugs in the game (most we were able to reproduce, except the War donation crash sadly <- but we trust this will fix itself in the next War after the update, if that's not the case let us know), and we will patch those ASAP.
Regarding the PBT etc, we haven't found any issue but we are listening to your feedback and talking about how we can make the information more visible in-game as there's lots of misunderstandings still.


Reports of players whose Personal Break timer did not reset after 30mins offline, make sure you're not under a Village Guard either. After 30 minutes of being offline (without shield/guard and without being attacked) the PBT should always reset.

I understand that changes to shields/PBTs are not to everyone's liking and it will require some time to adjust. But we did listen and we are still listening to your feedback, we did some improvements to the Personal Break timers and should we find more ways to improve it further, we will do so.
We are also looking into resources, as well as TH balancing, but these adjustments require time. It's a brand new system out there, we need to carefully think of ways that will benefit all players.

You must not know about softbank, in June of 2015 they bought 73.5% of supercell's stock, lol look it up, they even said they would keep the founder on short term, meaning if you think supercell cares you or the game you are fooling yourself,

They rolled this update against our will knowing they'll run over a lot of people. Lots of people were already voicing their worries of the update and they just gave no F at all. So yeah. That sure looks like being a good listener.

Yeh, its against the ToS to talk about reviews and ratings of the app stores I believe.
