Why I believe the Grand Warden is making witch attacks too strong (and a fix?)

Here is how it works. People gem max warden and have an overpowered attack. Once people who don't gem start getting it; they balance it. So you are telling SC to punish the people who pay the most, when they paid to be a steamroller.

It'll happen eventually, but when non-gemmers get to the steamroll area.

What you are describing is no longer "freemium" its Pay2Win

And when OP wants to nerf Dragons at th7. I laugh so hard. Please give ppl a life. Dragons are useless already other than at th7. He might want to nerf hogs at th7 as well later on...

I'm TH10 in a TH11/10/9 war clan, but if this thread makes you uncomfortable, just leave? I'm pretty sure that first hand experiences in war complemented with numerous recent posts and comments from well respected members of the war community aren't predated lol.

Dragons are a viable 3* strategy at all TH levels where they're unlocked. Just don't do a spam attack and maybe use a couple of kill squads?

I hope you know it WAS overpowered until the changes, now it's not. You don't know that, I'm betting you don't even have a grand warden yet?? Overpowered what against a th10, a th below them?? Do you understand how much offense a new th has over the previous, but you seem to think ONE hero makes the entire th op. Don't you think the AQ makes th9 WAY OP compared to TH8?? You have no idea what you are talking about.

No one said anymore offensive upgrades are coming, you are assuming that. Until they do, TH11 is far from op.

exactly. The witches and the grand warden are the ONLY TH11 offense boosts.

Start to say to nerf GW when you are TH11.

TH7 spend 250000 + spells to get a mass dragons attack. If using this much elixir and still not possible 3* for them. What kind of game is that. mind you they need to upgrade at least 2 of their barracks before they can attack in reasonable time.

I sure know that mass dragons lvl5 with queen walks are a reliable 2 stars TH10s farming attacks. But cmon, you will use it for trophy pushing. don't tell me you use mass dragons on your daily farming. You will be broken.

For GW, it is powerful with lot of witches (which is already nerfed) to 3 stars a open base layout. Why you want to nerf it if you are so knowledge. Just because you got attack from TH11 from TH10. It is common sense that high level TH can 3 star lower level.

Oh, SC should nerf AQ because it can 3 stars TH8 easily. non sense, right?

TH11 is new. I rather to ask SC to add more new defense (like AS) in TH10 to offset the power of GW. Making more new things will make us happier rather than nerfing stuff.

Can you provide reasonable justifications as to why? I'm a little sick of seeing "Mass witches aren't overpowered" as the only arguments against balancing.
