Lost 2million resources, in 8 hours. No 30%, couple of 29% and 20%. Ppl surrendering at 29% cause all they have left are their gaints. Retrapping costing a fortune as well. It woulda been cheaper if I just layout my base for ppl to 3 star it.

And how exactly is he gonna get a better base if he gets looted all the time?
Shall he spend a fortune in real money just to be able to keep loot?
Some ppl when they attack r just after storages and thus quit before getting to 30%
So please stop the oneliner nonsense!
You do realise you can have a better base without progressing or spending a thing? click on that layout editor button on the far right 👍🏻

Amount of loot lost vs base damage ratio has almost nothing to do with the strength of defences - a well designed base means storages can't be picked off easily. Your argument is essentially redundant

Yeah, like you never attack a base that has low protection of storages. Stupid me that thought the stronger defence the higher dmg thing. Guess I was wrong!
And as you calculated, ofcourse all attacks take the same amount of loot. Has nothing to do with CC troops beeing depleted more and more or traps beeing used. The last attacker that gave him shield had basically a walk in..
