    A shield should be given when over 50% of the defender's max camp space is deployed

    With the new shield system more and more bad attackers are forced to surface and raid for resources instead of hiding behind cheap shields. The end result is people with max defenses or good base designs getting hit for less than 30% destruction. Why punishing someone for having a good base? Ain't got no time to rearm traps and gem up heroes everytime when tards decide to drop all their troops in one spot and then watch them die.

    A shield should be given when over 50% of the defender's max camp space is deployed. At least give us some incentives to win a defense, supercell

    Agreed, I think they went overkill making sure they stopped sniping.

    Taking my loot is fine if I can easily find loot back. Collector raids is allows the update to remain unchanged.

    Agreed. The shield should not based on attacker's attack performance, but willingness to attack the base.

    I agree!
    last night i was attacked 13 times, most of them were cup droppers but some were real attacks.
    ofcourse they did not get alot of loot tnx to my CC and traps.
    But due to the fact that this one guy took care of my CC and traps one big boy comes along and steal 550k worth of resources and 4500 DE.
    I gained 245 cups though and should be happy right?
    a 12 hr shield should be given if they deploy 80-90% of their army.
    The defenders should have a chance to rearm traps and ask for CC troops.
    We r getting penalized for having a good defence, and thats wrong!

    50% is too low. Personally I'd rather drop the % of damage done to base to say 25%.

    Totally agree with this.
    I normally get attacked 3 or 4 times overnight, the last one is always a wipeout once heroes/traps and cc troops are destroyed by previous attacks.
    losing 4-500k of each resource and 3-4k dark overnight is getting to be a regular pattern.
    Supercell have gone far too far with this update and i am getting bored.

    if traps/cc troops and heroes re-armed like in war it would be far fairer

    how about 30% damage or 30% of army deployed - shield given regardless of which

    Eeeerrr...I thought supercell just did away with easy shields.
    there is no way that they would implement a change such as this and give large numbers of bases a shield to hide under again, or else why remove sniping.
    Sorry guys...not with you on this one.
    Give the poor souls who have never wanted to raid that way, or had to raid that way, some credit. At least they are having a go!
