Is CoC really any fun? Or do you play because it's by the developers of Boom Beach?

Me and my wife personally did not like boom beach. So we have stuck with clash for over a year. Although I really feel this update needs tweeks. Overall I'm fine with the concept of said update.

Boom Beach developers didn't make Clash. They are separate team but they all work for Supercell. I don't think clash has even lost its fun. Personally I think that the people who can't get loot need to farm in a better trophy range where they aren't getting hammered because they are town hall 7s in crystal or masters for example.

I went from champion to bronze and loot sucks in each and in between. Some people are lucky, getting excellent loot and sharing their loots or tweeting screenshots. Many though are not.

unless youre able to buy thousands of dollars in upgrades dont waste your time, find another game they ruined it during the last update design to pressure players to spend money

I used to play boom beach and got tired of it. I just log in every few days now and if there is an upgrade, I upgrade. That's all. Clash of Clans was way better, more organized, more people loving it. Boom beach is for the selective few that is why they have less people playing boom beach compared to clash. Clash was for all types of players, casual, and hardcore. They removed the casual player and trying to made it difficult for the casual player.

There is loot. Just because you don't have an army that can get it doesn't mean there isn't any.

In lieu of this thread and personal interest, I'm interested if one game brought you to the other.

I have heard about CoC because it's from the same developers as Boom Beach, but haven't played it yet myself.

Bro other way around, the title is supposed to be 'Is Boom Beach any fun? Or are you playing it because it is made by the same company that created Clash of Clans'

Meh. Clash still better than boom beach. It just sucks more for us that were used to the pre update game. I hate boom beach. Such a dumb game.

LOL. Clash is in every way inferior to Boom Beach. You can succeed in Boom Beach without having to play 10 hours a day. You can get by on an hour or less. Furthermore there is a lot more strategy involved in Boom Beach. CoC is pretty much a brute force game, always has been.

Not smart enough for Boom Beach? A lot of CoCs aren't particularly those that need to spend a lot of money for FAKE success.

Boom Beach is the worst game I have ever downloaded in my life. Nothing more. And clash was fun before the update

You must be one of the many CoCers who suck at strategy. CoC requires virtually no strategy, unlike Boom Beach.
