How about giving successful defender a percentage of league bonus? Loot injection that way?
So my suggestion is bring back old system allowing farming bases, however, you add a sliding scale of trophies dependant on th level for the upgrades. So lets say you cant go to th10 or build inferno towers if you're in gold or crystal no matter how much loot you've got.
This would allow progression in game to be tied to an "expertise" measure with the following results as i see it.
Farmers kept happy
Economy injected with liquidity
Supercell's "original vision" essentially preserved
Thoughts?
