i'm gonna say that many of my clanmates are terrible attackers. however, i noticed we never have any brilliant enemy either... i imagine our clan would be destroyed if we go up against those all-3-stars clans in youtube
so does clan skills are factored into war matchmaking somehow? maybe via calculations on win-lose ratio history?
