I been staying in silver and I'll find so base with no and and some with tons.

Crystal and up: Filled with sharks with some dead bases here and there.
Gold: Where the noobs are will give you shield with a poor attack and
poor bases design to steam roll easy for big loot.

In silver and bronze league, there are some bases with decent loot and there are quite a few bases with small collector loot. However, there are far too many near max Th10s and early Th11s. I do not really enjoy repeatedly hitting the next button. Over the next week, I will begin moving up to a higher league.

Agreed. I am currently in gold league. Active players are trying to stay in silver by dropping troops and the less active players move up into gold.

time to move up, as i say before, silver has great loot post update, after week so many players droping to silver, drainning loot without give shield. How come you can't get 30% on any dead base ????

You can never go below 200 now as a th9/th10/th11. I did try but you don't find bases to hit below 500. It is worse than titan 2 lol
