    Relevant then, relevant now...

Saw this posted in the Boom Beach forums about a month ago after Supercell "ruined the whole world" by adding Shield Generators to that game. (Roughly equivalent to the Giant Bomb hogrider nerf.)

    Relevant then, relevant now.

Has it been 2-4 weeks yet?

lol yeah, but that storm in a teacup was because the way they were implementing shield generators wasn't explained. It was fine, you had to substitute the shield generator for another high level defence so was able to be balanced.

This update was everything that everyone feared. And worse: matchmaking removed the loot, and the pbt was buggered for days.

Attacking is difficult and not rewarding. Defending is annoying and always results in lost loot, and usually not a shield. Still can't war or do high level attacks while heroes are down... So ... Back to rovio's clash clone where the loot is excessive and gemming troops is so much more cost effective.

The comic doesn't make sense in dec10 update's case.. That was over one building, this is over an entire economic system
It has come to my attention that certain people don't react well to neutral opinions that aren't sugarcoated, and as an effort to avoid wasting forum space to deal with these individuals, my posts may be more caring and understanding than my real thoughts.
