Even if you support or not the new update, there is a flaw in the economy.
I can't get my head around on why did Supercell hitted so hard farming. Personally, I understand why the removed TH-snipping, but why push back the abandoned bases to the back of the queue?
I see Supercell's good intentions on this update; create a community that is more engaged in strategic battles, but apparently they forgot that not all of the community has good troops to perform such attacks regularly or good defenses to protect their loot.
Farming is not effective anymore, unless you're a high-tier TH with good troops, in a league with good bonus. Bases are now a hybrid of TH/Resources, in order to tackle them and get a decent amount of loot you gotta invest in a good army, a good army means many resources, and apparently people 'farming' in leagues lower than masters are having a hard time making Elixir/DE profit. Plus, the abandoned bases are not appearing anymore, since SC pushed them back in the line, making them a lot harder to find.
