This is quite disappointing to be honest. Communication is an essential part to a healthy relationship and SC hasn't been giving any of it. The clash community needs to hear from them sooner than later. This isn't a hard thing to do, just let us know what's going on. If nothings going to change at least tell us that, that way we would just know that it's time to adapt or leave for sure. We just want something and communication isn't being provided. If you look at the most recent responses all the threads seem to be closed meaning no one will see those. Terrible decision making. If they want to respond and close the thread then they need to make a sticky or something which won't disappear in a day.

I don't understand why people are complaining about the lack of communication.
I mean : I understand why you want them to communicate with you. But the forumers don't seem to understand
that they simply have nothing to say.

They had a strategy (very likely aimed to increase their profits while fixing certain issues at the same time).
Now this strategy showed its flaws and criticisms from the fan base.
They need to adjust but they don't have decided yet how.
Thus they have nothing to say: say something now will just fuel further criticisms later on when the new fixes will come up.
They're probably trying to find a way to minimize discontent while keeping as much as possible intact the backbone of the new changes.

People will criticize no matter what they say, so they aren't saying anything at all. With respect to the data they are looking at and possible solutions it would not be prudent to give any details because people will only use that against them should they decide to go in another direction. Just like they keep quoting a thread from Nov 2013 regarding the removal of TH sniping. If SC gives even one small crumb of information players will expect it to be implemented yesterday.

I hate to say it be I agree with him. We can either get used to what SC made or quit. I am still playing a bit but it stinks. They really only want us to pay. Bottom line.

Well being afraid of criticisms doesn't mean you should simply retreat into a shell or whatever and pretend the problem doesn't exist. If SC were like that in the first place, they wouldn't have pushed the update out. A lot of us passionately love the game and have been providing feedback and ideas on how to improve the patch- we just feel that SC should at least state their position, what they're working or considering at the moment, and what they feel they are prepared to do. That'll give us an idea of what to expect moving forward, no? I feel like that's what good communications is.

They never tell us until they roll out sneak peaks leading up to an update. There are several solutions in play other than more bonus loot, but that's the only solution people want here. I'm pretty sure injecting more loot is part of the solution, but there are deeper issues in play because that still doesn't help the casual player progresses. They might also protect certain leagues from bigger th levels. They could make less loot available. They could make troops and spells cheaper.

The point is if they mention 1 or more of those solutions the players will expect it. So instead they gave a blanket statement of "we are working on it." That's a fair statement and given SC's track record of always coming through when they have adjusted every other update in the past I think we should give them the benefit of the doubt. And until they legitimately leave us hanging or tell us to stick it where the sun doesn't shine we should hold back on the hate v and vitriol.
