Statements Made Addressing Community Concerns Based On Feedback

On my side, I'm reading your feedback carefully, with the help and constant reports from our Moderators, and it's being passed on to the Clash team. We don't need content creators to make your voices heard, as we're getting it first hand from the forums and all other social media channels you mentioned, and any eventual changes to come will be delivered via SC first.

There will be a maintenance in the coming days to fix some bugs and hopefully implement some tweaks to the information available in-game in regards to the PBT, I'll confirm these as soon as possible.

This is pretty much the same I posted in my last message but I look forward to have something else more concrete to deliver.

But we did listen and we are still listening to your feedback, we did some improvements to the Personal Break timers and should we find more ways to improve it further, we will do so.

We are also looking into resources, as well as TH balancing, but these adjustments require time. It's a brand new system out there, we need to carefully think of ways that will benefit all players.
    Emphasis Mine.

They have ALWAYS listened and adjusted after every update once feedback was received. While it may not be as fast as some of us wish it were to occur, they are gathering the feedback, digesting it, analyzing data from their end and as Anoushka said "we need to carefully think of ways that will benefit all players."

This 'have faith' thing is borderline taunting.

The Church of Supercell. You have all sinned and scarce loot is punishment for TH sniping. Rejoice, there is hope in minimal change!

Yeah. They couldn't slowly implement these changes one step at a time over a few months, they had to drop them all at once. But, they can't undo any of them without doing months of research and looking at the data.

    Axion,

Thanks for compiling that. Serious question; does it concern you there has been just two 'statements' since the update? (Two of the others are simply update notes.)

It seems to me that you, as a Mod, have more communication with the Clash team. Why can't they communicate more to calm the user-base? It goes to reason that would make your (volunteer) job easier...

Because communicating about fixes or solutions to people who are angry never ends well. In my job I upset people, and if I give them a deadline for when that will stop that doesn't get met they are even more upset. This is probably the best they can offer

Working at a mobile gaming company isn't a job that generally upsets people.

    We all have short memories

When the update came out to where we could use elixir to upgrade walls, the pink stuff dried up faster than a witch's vajay. it took a couple of updates to balance the shortage of elixir by changing when you could start using lix (was 7 went to lvl9) and adding another collector lvl from 11 to 12 it balanced out. Not to mention SC increased league bonus loot and increased storage capacity for war loot in CC. All this took 6 MONTHS to iron out. You all can either rage quit on a spectacular game because I will admit SC fumbled the ball on this, or you can hold on a little longer and SC will fix it. They are listening because they have a good record of correcting loot shortage and making the game better. One thing that will never come back is TH sniping. It's gone. Farmers will have to come up with more efficient ways of gaining loot, and will have to save longer for the expensive upgrades.

Fair, I can understand this. While some people are 'demanding' a deadline, many are simply asking for better communication. I sincerly hope that, while in your job, when you upset people you don't close off communication with them altogether.

I find it hard to believe that they couldn't make some tweaks to the loot problem, especially since they made adjustment during the sneak peaks. Like everyone is saying it could only have to do with money. They are only waiting to see if this will cause problems at the bank. If it don't, this will not change. This game is miserable to play in its current form.
